In the oven or on the smoker great easy dip

Yields1 Serving

 2 Vidalia onions finely minced
 1 cup Mayonnaise
 1 cup Freshly grated parmesan cheese
 1 cup Shredded Swiss or cheddar cheese
 24 slices crispy bacon, crumbled

In a large bowl, combine the onions, mayonnaise, grated cheeses and cooked bacon and stir until well blended. Place in a large baking dish or divide among 4-ounce individual ramekins. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Bake or Smoke at 325°F for 1 hour, until bubbly and light brown on top. Remove from the oven and let stand for 10 minutes. If there is too much grease, spoon off and discard or absorb the excess in paper towels and discard. Serve with fresh bread or crackers.
